SC has said multiple times that there are no plans (as of now) to expand support to other platforms. So, not going to happen.
Windows Phone don't need coc alternative and better one is cloud raiders... We all meet there.
Window App's market sùcks already and it's poor on contents.
getting Clash on a new platform won't change much..
next time, get an android/ios phone/tablet. Just like others said, dont waste your money on a phone with windows OS
