Hi, I have problem when i try to buy some gems. I did contact apple support and they tell me they fixed it. That true because i can buy everything in apple store but just clash of clans doesnt work. Always have a mess " Your purchase could not be completed ". I went to apple store in the morning and the staff in there said he has no idea too and he said maybe sever clash of clans has problems. So pls help me how i can purchase :(.

Yes, it's on and i never jb my phone. i tried everything but it still doesnt work. And just clash of clans i can't make purchase. Always contact apple and apple can't fix it too.
We’ll figure it out. Here are a few suggestions to try:
- Did you make sure that in-app purchases are enabled in the device settings? Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and make sure that purchases are enabled! Do not do this if you are using someone else’s iTunes account or device, or if your parent, friend, etc. has set these to off on purpose!
- Apple changed their terms of service, in case you haven't accepted them you will not be able to purchase anything in the game. Please locate your settings, go to iTunes & App Stores, click on Apple ID, then View Apple ID, and scroll at the bottom to read the terms and conditions and accept them.
- If you receive the message "Verification required" or "Improve Apple ID Security" when trying to purchase gems in the game, just follow the instructions on screen and provide Apple with the required information about your method of payment, or fill in the security questions that are required by Apple. When the procedure is complete, log back into the game and the gems purchased will be added to your account.
If the above doesn't work for you, could you please contact Clash of Clans Support? Use the "Report an Issue” feature located in the Help and Support section of the game. They’ll be able to help you out!
I tried but it still doesnt work. And i use help and support in game. Hope they can help me fix it

I tried everything but I can't purchase gems.... I can purchase items from within the AppStore but can't within the game. Is there any workaround for this? I use the normal ios and its not jail broken. I am getting very frustrated that I'm thinking to quit the game :(

thanks a lot for trying to help but this has happened to me previously and I already bought anger game from the AppStore but now e game is still to allow me to buy gems ,,,,,I think this might be as I'm registred as a USA account but I'm in Luxembourg for a week now?? I think this might be the case but I'm allowed to buy Dom the App Store but not com within e gameQuote:

I got this problem before because I was jailbroken and I have IApFree, IApCracker and LocalIAPstore on. Make sure these are turned off because of Supercell's security against ♥♥♥♥ers.

If you are getting the message about contact iTunes, you will have to go through them.
Like the sticky or Daddy's post earlier says, it's often times an issue with your terms of service, security questions, funding source, etc - but only Apple can look in your accounts and fix it.
I'm unable to buy on my brother's account as well. After contacting Apple, this is what they said.

I am in Taiwan, but am and have been using US gift card for all my purchases. I just tried and successfully bought gems on my iphone for my account right now. But can't for my brother's. Strange...

If your device is jailbroken and you have a IAP free Tweak on it wont allow you to purchase any points, hopefully this helps you. And just an FYI I have spend a lot of money of clash and IAP doesn't function.
Loy I am having the same problem as you. I tried at the beginning with a US gift card, didn't work. Then I switched to my country of residence and inserted a credit card from here, still cannot buy gems, and I am still asked to contact apple support.Quote:

i think the problem was on itunes it self........
If i know only at first that this thing happen bttr i ddnt use gft card or crdt card.....i try every option but sad to say, its useless.........
im chatting with the itunes livechat.....i violate the term and condition....i use US country and im not in US....itunes gft card that im using is for US only.outside cannot be used.....my bllng address was in US....they cannot do anything on it....they ask me to make new account and use my current country.....but i cannot use itunes gft card.......

@Super steve: They wouldn't tell me why I am in violation of their terms because of "security reasons" (so they said). They told me to read more into their terms to figure out by myself why.
@laloy: you can keep your account on game center and use a different account for the apple store, you can, it worked for me. If you want to use a different account on game center: 1) switch to the new account, 2) log on to CoC 3) press "okay" that you want your game progress to be saved on this new account. make sure you do this before deleting the CoC app to have your game progress saved.
@heo @laloy: to solve the issue as I did follow these steps:
1) Make sure you have the latest iOS software updates.
2) Create an apple account using the store in your current country of residence (you can keep all your old accounts, no need for wipeout)
3) write a valid billing address + credit card / debit card issued in your current country of residence (you can check/edit your account info by logging to apple store on your laptop's iTunes, easier this way)
4) Delete the CoC app if it was downloaded from a store other then your country of residence. then download it again from the store of your country. (your game progress will not lost if it is saved on game center, see above)
4) Contact Apple support and let them know that you are lets say currently residing in France, you are using a French debit/credit card, and that the billing address that you provided is valid, therefore you shouldn't be in violation of the terms, Ask them to check if you are still not compliant with the terms because you made some changes.
After persisting on the issue with apple support, and doing all the steps above, they wrote me the following e-mail:
"I totally understand how you feel Hassan, that is why I contacted a higher level of support regarding this matter to check your account.
After investigating, I am glad to inform you that the necessary adjustments have been made to your account which should allow you to purchase from the iTunes store again.
I suggest that you it try again after 30 minutes, If you are still unable to purchase from the iTunes Store, please contact me and let me know so that we can review your account again."
N.B: I was also using an iTunes gift card for the US store, but had to make all the changes to be able to buy gems. I still have the 10$ on my account which I created on the US store, and can still use them to make purchases from the US store. If you want gems, however, create a new id but keep the one that you redeemed the gift card code on so you wouldn't loose the money.

My dad has an ipad mini thingy and I have an iPhone 4s we both purchased gems with the same account without any problems. Yesterday he purchased more gems but today I can't purchase games it says ''Your purchase could not be completed''. I don't think there is a reason for this so I wrote to apple support thinking something wrong is going on with this apple ID. If you have any other ideas please tell me.
EDIT: I'm still in the same country I'm not in another country for vacation or something
