Good. Just some things to make it better.
You should get it at TH5. I used full barbarian attacks when I was at that level. Almost no one likes to get barbarians.
Amount of troops in there should be different
TH5 gets 15 space when first getting it.
TH6 gets level 2 with 20 space.
TH8 gets level 3 with 25 space.
TH9 gets level 4 with 30 space.
TH10 gets level 5 with 35 space.

Trying not to make it to much like the clan castle :) Here's my reasoning for putting the clan portal level 1 at town hall 6, Thats the town hall where things start getting real, most town hall 5's don't have the troops people want, therefor they shouldn't get the building until town hall 6 :)

Yes I agree, I sure don't want townhall 5's to get this building cant stand when they donate to me lol I agree it should start at th6 thats Do when things start getting real I see no problem with the idea :)

One upgrade gives 10 more space while others only give 5 more space. Part of the thing was to fix that. Also TH5 guys have archers, wizards, and balloons. TH5s have 2 of the most popular troops ever and you say they don't have the troops people want lol. TH4/TH3 would take what a TH5 has. The new troop TH6 gets is the healer, which can't be in it. TH7 can't have a dragon in it. TH8 can't fit a PEKKA. TH9 can have a golem. Space seems low until TH9.
