How confident are you in your ability to 3 star players your own level? Be honest: I reckon I could get a 2 star quite easily, although wouldn't be surprised if it ended up to be a one star.
Do you wish to war, or only to farm?: I would like to war, but will occasionally opt out to farm or with building construction.
I was temp banned from rising a while ago for supposedly having an alt and I accept the consequence, but now that my strikes have been forgiven i would like to join again if that is ok.
