Special Hero

In the game, you are referred to as the "chief". SO, what if you could make a hero, that can be slightly customized, and their level is the same as your fortress level. So say my fortress is level 48, my hero is too. And heroes could be of a class, like Barbarian, Archer, Wizard, or Healer. Heroes could be normally sized, and would live in the Town Hall. They could have up to 50 levels, and when your fortress is past level 50, the hero stays at level 50. One idea is that they could be controlled by the player, but it doesn't have to be. Vote on the hero you would choose, and feel free to critique my idea. :P

The hero should be purchased from the shop, and will automatically sync with your fortress level. The hero will revive after being defeated in 10 minutes, or for a cost of 100 dark elixir.

It is a huge idea but how many health do they have and how many damage

They'd each have their own set of slightly different health and damage increases, but I am going to make a table, at least for the first 10 levels of each.

This is a good idea but I think the hero should be unlocked once you are level 50+ and gains a level every time you level up. The hero should be healed not in 10 minutes but more, probably 60+ like the Barbarian king and Archer Queen. i do think there should be a max level, such as 50, too. This hero though should be very week but slowly gets stronger until level __. Every 3 or so levels, you should be able to earn an extra customization to your "hero" and at level 50, your hero earns a crown or golden armor, or something special. I think the hero should only be allowed to similar to a barbarian or archer so that it is not too strong.
An example of the leveling-up and getting extra customizations should be sort of like this:
"Chief, your hero is now level 50, you have unlocked the golden shield which will add an extra 50 health!"
The customizations should allow change of hair color, shirt color, eye color, etc.

I like the idea of a hero being tied to the blue badge / experience point... it would give them more meaning. I just leveled up to 70 and I was pretty stoked.

Heroes would be weaker, cost nothing, and would represent YOU, the player (a.k.a. "The Chief"). Also, the fact they would be slightly customizable would be cool.
