Your heroes are a pretty good level.
Personally I would get all walls to at least Lv8 before going to TH10, ideally Lv9 walls.

Biggest mistake I made in this game was pushing to TH 10 a little early. You will struggle and hate this game looking for loot In the beginning. People can take more loot from you, you can take less from them (lower TH's ) than you are used to.
I would at at the very least get your lego walls done. You will not touch a wall for a long long time after you make the move. And while you are doing that, plenty of time to get your heroes upgraded.
I really wish I would have listened to this advice before. Would have saved me many months of misery.
