Th downgrade option(temp)and full loot on deadbase collector

Th down
My suggest is have a th down option for temporary
example
i am a th9 give me a th down(count me as th8)
so here is the calculation when i use th down my troops gonna be max th8 avaible when use this option
my defense will be max th8 avaible too when use this option so its a fair things
loot is the same count me as th8

please

deadbase collector full loot
when find a deadbase its going to be 100% loot on collector avaible(gonna help the economy those guys dont play anymore so they collector should be collected by us)(no loot penalty from higher th too)
their storage work as usual

No, when you level up a TH, it stays that way. You can just downgrade for a hour and farm like mad and then bring it back up when you're done, it will be exploited.

But its gonna help farming
the army still legit like max possible th8 army
so its not a handicap on defender

200 L5 archers can take down a dead base just as well as 240 L7 can, and you get 100% more loot than the TH10 does

But th10 have much higher pinalty
so make th down gonna help farming

I fail to understand this idea. The dead base being what exactly?
Wouldn't this idea just make it harder for actual Th8 s to find the good loot because supposed th 10s would be taking it instead?

Precisely. It would since all the TH10s would "downgrade", farm their heart out for 2 hours then hop back up to TH10 to avoid getting their bases wrecked

This is just a flat out bad idea. Why would anyone want this except for higher town hall levels? It will ruin the loot system...

They will be at downgraded when getting revenge even if they upping their th again
so they still get wreck
imagine this they have more arch/canon/xbow/inferno deactivate and just say empty space
even they have th8 max base its still so much phail on base many empty space
except if they redesign they're base to be hybrid th
but it will hurt them bcoz those inferno xbow gonne be at outside

dumb idea.
there is a reason why it is called a penalty.

dont like the loot available to you because you are a TH10 and you are in the league with TH8 or TH9 and now suffer a major loot penalty? tough

that is how it is supposed to work. you have much higher upgrades and defenses over us. increase your league to master or champion and get the higher league bonus, but stop crying about the loot penalty because you chose to upgrade your TH to 10.
