Revenging zappers seems like a hassle to me. Also the mods doesn't allow naming and shaming since it's against the rules

Yes, its frustrated a lot of players, but its not done using a fluffy bunny, which demands more attention. Its a part of coc gameplay. OP managed to raid more than what he was zapped for, thats it. That on OPs part, is uncalled for and his/her title did ask whether (s)he is a jerk, and i simply replied to his question.

OP had intentionally joined another's clan just to post a video with intent to shame another. Read what OP wrote when sharing the replay.
What i wanted to share is, yes, we may get frustrated at zappers (me too), but there is a line that need to be drawn as not to go overboard. Btw, i am simply answering OPs question in the thread title....

I think sad that some people in a clan would kick someone for zapping. Unless if forbidden in the clan own rules. If someone zaps they playing within the rules of the game. Some people might morally disagree with it.

The only time it's ok if you are a th7 trying to get the king. Otherwise it's just plain sad.
The de update came when I was th 8, I NEVER zapped anyone, i steam rolled thier bases for de. So I hate it.

Naah man, is zapping is part of the game, so is joining someone clan and sharing a replay.
I also don't see the shame on this, nor it is a shame to be a zapper nor to be revenged and 1-3 started, it happens to everyone.
Game mechanic? Please, how can it be a game mechanic if DE came out a long time after lightning spells were out. Its a cheap ''tactic'' (I say it like that because I disagree with it being a legit tactic), so everyone that uses it deserves what the OP did. Yet another thread, well sorry mate but nothing will be done and you will have to deal with it. Move up if youre in need of dark elixir. It's not too hard to recoup whatever got zapped. Revenge and try to set off every bomb you can for fun if you wish but enough with the de zap threads already;) Should also note it took them 3 hours to steal your 1.5k dark you say, however you could easily get all that back in a single attack which takes you what 20-25 minutes?

They could gem spells and do it at a much more often interval. But I understand why he is complaining, the only problem is a million others have also complained. SC is aware so it's up to them if they feel it needs fixed or not.
I will say that it is sort of a lame strategy on one hand but on another for some people it's the only way they can get DE.
I'm not sure what my official opinion is on it. Try to put other buildings near your DE to absorb some of the hits that helps to limit the loss.
You might want to learn a new strategy if you get so little dark elixir in a month that most of it can be taken in one raid. :)

i was attacked by 10 people over the night... and they all had lvl 4 lightning spells... they all hit my de and i lost a ton of de
If a clanmate needs to resort to waiting 1.5+ hours to cook up one zap then they obviously can't farm. If they can't farm then what's stopping them from sucking at wars? And wouldn't you want strongest attackers for your clan?Quote:
