Voted "Yes. I love it!". It may be a bit of overkill to join another clan & post a replay but I wouldnt say it makes you a jerk lol. For a near max th10 raising mass quantities of DE is all about WHATEVER works...no shame at all here :)

I used the above guide as a baseline to get 7-12k DE per hour when grinding out level 30+ hero upgrades. Currently working on raising 200k for last AQ upgrade. Basically I have a 'DE farm' build which takes about 30min and I boost SF making lightnings for zaps. So I get roughly 2k DE 4x an hour if I'm patient on the next button.
Storages came out long before spells. DE is kept in a storage.Quote:

If I know I will not get 3 stars I make sure I stop before I do 90% damage and provide a 16 hr shield. Also if I know I will fail an attack I will stop before doing 40% damage and provide the defender a shield at all. I am a jerk. I leave most of my evil here on CoC.

There isn't a single thing wrong with revenging anyone, whether it be a TH sniper, a zapper or just a regular raid. However, when harassing the player on an online game after doing nothing that isn't fair game, it crosses a line. Presenting the replay to the player isn't horribly bad because of the likely small audience but shaming this player on the forums just isn't right at all. I've been on both ends of this situation. I zapped early into TH7 to try and get my Barbarian King just because even when farming, DE is a very hard resource to acquire. Especially with the lower level troops. And now, as I'm upgrading to TH8, I'm getting zapped a good amount. Usually the loss is rather minimal so I tend to ignore it. Needless to say, I still get frustrated with it but it's a part of the game. It's the same thing as complaining about gemmers. They spend their own money to speed up their game process. It isn't ♥♥♥♥♥ing and was intended to happen. Dark Elixir zapping is very similar. These zappers spend elixir to get the spells and get DE faster and easier. But, even though Supercell may not have thought of this happening, it's still part of the game and hasn't been removed to date. Ultimately, without the shaming both in-game and on these forums, there is nothing wrong with what you did. When someone attacks, they're subjected to being revenged, plain and simple.
Long before spells? Spell factory was introduced in September 2012. The game was released August 2012. Long seems kind of an overstatement, but doesnt matter really. Whats your point? Cause it's in a storage it's okay to zap it? Yes, sounds very legit.Quote:
