Ok hear me out for a second. What if loot was plentiful and abundant? I'm talking to the point of too much loot. Here is what I am thinking. If loot was so plentiful that it was pouring out of your ears your builders would be busy 24/7. Now if you are like me - if my builders are busy, and I have the loot needed for my next upgrade - I typically gem the builder with the least amount of time. What does this do? Well it causes people to spend more money since no-one likes to sit on resources. What if storage units could hold 2x the loot, what if mines could be upped 2 or 3 more levels, what if random goblin missions came up while you searched for farming targets - the what if's are endless.
Also - war should be about the war win bonus nothing else. You should get a refund for troops based on the # of stars you achieve in your atts. 100% refund for 3 stars and 0% refund for 0 stars. Also the Winning clan gets a war win bonus, the losing clan gets NOTHING. War loss will be based on how well you attacked.
