Hey dude, I was in the same boat as you. I maxed my walls really fast and moved on to the next TH asap. For people like us, it's a waste of time for us to stay at a TH and wait for max defenses before moving on. I've only started playing 4 months ago. I've currently half-way completed my lv 10 walls. I've also had no problems with weak defenses. If you're a hardcore farmer, don't waste your time by not moving to TH 9.Quote:

For us, farmer type player, it is wasting time to stayed on TH 7/TH 8 only for maxed def and all troops. For troops, upgrade your raid troops and for def, Teslas and Wiz Tower and Mortar.
I started playing on October 27 which means roughly 1 month and 15 days ago. Even if I didn't rush my troops wouldn't be high enough level to war. My lab has never been idle all this time and I don't have any war troops, so I don't understand how not rushing would change that? What you're saying is that I should wait 100+ days for war troops before I can enjoy the game. The fun in clash is about progress, the faster you progress the more fun it is. The only deciding factor between being able to war or not isn't my rushed/not rushed base, but the level of my troops which can't be upgraded any faster than it is right now unless you buy gems. Also it's pretty fun when I look at bases of people in my clan and previous clan that were TH6-7-8-9 when I was TH1, and after all this time I caught up to them and surpassed most of themQuote:

I rush because I have more resources than I can spend. Once my walls are maxed I can't spend my resources fast enough anymore that's why I upgrade. In your case, you don't have enough resources to upgrade your walls so what would be the point in upgrading TH?Quote:

Basically you upgrade when you start having things idle: On the first case lab/builders and on the 2nd case idle resources (capped resources=can't raid anymore=being idle when you could upgrading lvl8,9,10,11,12 walls). The moment there is something that is idle then you're already playing wrong in my opinion.
