New Dark Troop: Immolator

Awesome idea... it would be very nice to add this to the game...
The only thing that i think doesnt fit really well to the game is that it his hp decreases depending on wich building it hits...
Well, in my opinion its better to stick to the game mecanics than adding another one... so i preffer it to deal an standard damage so Supercell will be able to put the DPS stat on his description...
And the life cost per hit to be standard also... like 4% per hit(taking into account that he will be taking some damage)

These little tweaks will make the troop easier for Supercell to elaborate it.

Excelent idea..Keep on working with this troop and hope for a future "GoWiPeImmo"

Actually, it's not really a suicide unit either, while it does expend health to attack, overall, unless it targets several walls in a row the health expended isn't enough to consider it a suicide unit since it's health is so high to begin with, so it's more of a tank than you think, although overall it's still closer to a pekka than it is to anything else.

I think it fits fine with the game. Just think, hogs were the first troop to jump over walls and weren't added until 2013! golems were the first troop to spawn more troops, freeze spell is still the only spell to stop defenses from attacking, inferno towers are the first and only defense to hit multiple targets without doing "splash damage", and just recently valks became the first troop that attempt to hit two buildings at once. Supercell is always adding new things that they haven't done before. I don't see why having a troop that expends health to deal damage would be any different. As long as it adheres to the balance of the game (it's not too op or too weak) and it fits with the game's graphics and lore I don't see why it would be any different than anything else supercell has done so far. As for the 4% thing that's not nearly enough. Even 10% would probably be too low considering it has higher health and movement speed than a pekka, there has to be some factor that makes it a balanced troop.

A town hall 10 with maxxed out storages can hold 8 million... hence why pekka and dragon cost 8 million elixer to upyrade to max level.

I've seen all your suggestions. It's good to see that someone other than SC, wants to improve the game. You have vast imagination. But your suggestions are too OP, if you incorporate those troops and other spells, it would destroy the balance. I.e. If you pair 5 immolators with 2 max healers, those immolators will turn to immortals. And with rage,heal and jump, they will ♥♥♥♥ the brains out of the defenders. Try incorporating strategies, defense, offense and the feasibility of things you suggest. 1 troop may not be that OP if you look at it. But if you multiply that, they can affect the equilibrium. I don't want to be salty but please think outside of the box, I think you see yourself in a raider's position, wherein you want to make your life easier. Like what Bruce Lee said, don't pray for an easy life, pray for strength to endure a hard one.

Amazing idea, but just know that it can't entirely replace a PEKKA

Hmm, I don't think you're accounting for everything here, When it attacks it deals damage to itself, that coupled with damage done by defenses would be more than enough to overpower even 3-4 maxed healers, that aside, inferno towers block healing effects so the healer strategy would only be viable against town hall 9 and lower if it works at all, I will look at the stats though and check for anything that might make it overpowered just in case. I wouldn't want it to upset game balance. Maybe I'll have to increase the health cost %.

It's not really meant to replace a pekka per-say, It's meant to be a troop that fits into the same category but has slightly different functionality.

Guys you know how giants and hogs go for defence i think that a new uhh dark troop that goes for town hall would be amazing

Damage and how it works: This troop takes 2.5 seconds (Same as a pekka) to attack a structure. This troop has the unique ability of destroying any building in a single strike. However this strength comes at a cost. Every time the Immolator attacks a structure 20% of the total damage it deals is taken from its health. If the damage required to destroy a target would reduce the Immolator's health below zero then it only does however much damage it can with it's remaining health.

Example: If an Immolator has 100 health left and the building it is about to attack has 1000 health then it would only be able to use its 100 health to deal a total of 500 damage before dying. (20% of 1000=200 health required but it only has 100 health so it can only do half as much damage)

BEST DBH10 Idea I have seen EVER! Don't let it discourage you that it's the ONLY DB10 troop i've ever seen. Still awesome. Just 2 suggestions. Raise the attack rate to 3 seconds, as it's a 1 hit kill. Also, It should take 2-3 strikes to take out a TH, just to balance it a bit.

A, thats stupid.

B, WHAT does that have to do with this troop?

Nice idea I think clash of clans is moving to the more obscure unit and defense. this troop fits right in. However this guy as you said can destroy any building. I would make there be a cap on his attack. make it different from every level but have it where he can still destroy an archer tower say level 12 or 13 at level one. Any I would only make him have maybe 2 levels like most of the dark troops. over all good idea
