Either spend your loot and upgrade troops/defenses, or lower your trophies. The lower in cups you go, the less likely someone is to use a golem in their raid. Same if you regularly spend your loot and don't make yourself available for much at all.

Even with lv6 teslas your base isn't going to hold up against a strong gowipe attack from a th9 or 10. The only way you have any chance of avoiding a 3 star from one of these guys is if their troops are 2 levels or more from maxed or if the attacker is really bad at raiding. This is assuming all of your defenses, including walls are maxed and your base design is decent. A friend has a near maxed (just a few skull walls left to go) th8 base and does really well against th9s and down, though I don't think he's ever been gowiped. The best an attacker has been able to do in the last few months was 58% (a th9 raid) and most attacks are far less.
