Because archers are more used
Because archers are the second troop unlocked, so the upgrade price is slightly higher.
Archers are more favore for people, for attacking and for donating. Level 6 archers cost 7.5 million, and barbs cost 6 mil, so it is normal :=)Quote:

A long time ago people complained that Archers were OP, and SC decided to nerf them.
One of the nerfs was an increased research cost. Not sure about the other nerfs.

Ok the real reason is because archers wear makeup, and make up is expensive.
