As the title above states. I already got 4 builders hut. Now what?
Your last builder hut.
If you're super active, builder hut. If you cannot use all four at ALL TIMES, then once you are town hall 9 or 10 you will only be using a couple at a time. It's not worth it. Whether you buy it or not, you will have extra gems. Save these for getting your archer queen or something else you're too lazy to farm.
last builder hut. Then save your gems for boosting barracks once your on TH9.
Spend them on quickly upgrading town halls.

When I was upgrading to Town Hall 8, 2 hours before my town hall was going to finish, I boosted barracks and barb king, to raid enough resources to quick start upgrades for Town hall 8. There's a lot of things Gems will come in handy with later down the track so I would advise you to save them and use them wisely rather than spend them all at Town Hall 7. Unless your ok with buying Gems all the time then I guess go H.A.M with them.
