Getting 2600 Trophies!

Ok, so help me out people.

I am trying to get to 2600 trophies and currently I am at 2543 and I am running out of elixer. I've played the game correctly in that I have upgraded EVERYTHING until advancing town halls. I am still a newbie to TH9 and I am trying to reach 2600 trophies to cash in on some gems. I literally just 'nexted' about 250 bases trying to find someone with an exposed TH.

If you are reading this, you can help me out in 2 ways... One, please offer me ANY advice. And two, if you are somewhere between 2450-2700 trophies, help a brother out and move your TH outside for me, THEN use your mind powers to make sure I find your base.

You should try barchin instead of dumping 200k+ gold trying to find an exposed th. It'll go a lot quicker and you'd spend less resources.

Really? Just using archers and barbs to pick off 50% of buildings?

I personally would not try that. I tried that when I went up to 2600 trophies a couple times and i would get to about 45% and fail. And having to make up those trophies is tough! I did it as a TH8 just by nexting for the exposed town halls. You can do it.....just takes patience. I got up to 2700 by just looking for exposed TH's.

I am using a farming base and hopefully you can snipe mine for easy stars and I get a free shield. Good luck!

I went to 2600 with balloonion, but I'm a maxed TH9, only left is to farm walls and hero upgrades.

For a new TH9, I would suggest BARCH if you have lvl6 troops. Just aim for 50% on poor bases. I know after 2500 it does get a bit tough, but maybe you will find a weak TH9 or a TH8 base up there.

This. Unless you wanna try mass drags and burn through major lix...but then you may be able to pick some up from their stores...

I would say barch for the 50% but to be safe only attack when you have heroes and spells up, this gives you the margin for error. If you can, play in boost sessions where you boost SF and AQ. Look for exposed TH, TH 7/8 bases, and off-centre THs that can be reached easily by barch under heal/rage. And don't be distracted by loot on the way.

I'm an early Town Hall 9 too and I just did the same thing on Monday and Tuesday! I pushed with Balloonion. It started getting difficult at 2500, where nearly every base was a Town Hall 10 with infernos. (I have Lava Hounds now, which would've made it easier).

While I was waiting for my army to cook, I sniped Town Halls. For a while, I couldn't find any. Then they started popping up all over the place. Got to 2600 pretty quickly after that and dropped back down to Gold 1.

I'd keep looking for those Town Hall snipes. Just be careful and don't go for one if it looks risky and you don't have many troops. I had some balloons with me to take out teslas if I had to, and minions can't be hit by cannons or mortars, which helped out a couple times :cool:

I barched to 2600 with ease as a TH9. I probably could have gone further if I wanted...

I used GBArch to push for the gems.

Balloonions with 10 arch and 10 barbs so u can th snipe when u can

I was early th 8 when i reached masters on my way to 2500+ trophies i did 8 dragons and 20 minions..
but what happened was its so hard to find good bases to raid that i just ended up sniping town halls using dragons and minions �� i reached masters league in 3 days :)

my only advise is just do B.A.M and bring Wallbreakers< this will help alot trust me.
btw one more advise.. Dont put your town hall inside while your doing this, many town hall 7 and 8's
are also sniping. Ive even found one th 7 dude sniping me for 8 trophies then i got that revenge and earned 44 cups
revenge is sweeeet :)
Also dont ever log off if possible make the server kick you out.

I am at town hall 7 with maxed base but not maxed troops and all my gold, elixir and dark elixir almost full. As I am waiting all my researches are done, I'm simply snipe exposed town hall and getting the loot bonuses which makes my storages always full. I leave only town hall and storages in the outside so that I i rarely 3-stared.

Leave DE storage outside,It may cost you up to 10 000 DE but it carried me 100 trophies in one night
