Its fairly obvious... He would have had to snipe a townhall over 1.6 "million" times.

If you feel someone is doing something illegal / against game's T.O.S, wouldn't it be better to email supercell than to speculate here?

then again im sorta suspicious on how he did it but i'm too concentrated on farming :P . level is just a status

Its pretty obvious that he uses some kind of mod. His stats are ridiculous.

There is also a guy that is lvl 171 in that clan, and has 55k troops donated. They talked to me and said that they are glitched. The lvl 266 should have 1.11 million, and the lvl 171 should have 550k. SO basically there is a digit that is missing on their friend in need in their profile.

I followed his daily donations, and they do add to the friend in need, although at the same time he is levelling every 2-3 days. He is nearly lvl 270, and after lvl 270 you need 50k xp per level. Many players have repetitouch on their androids, and use it to stay online all the time, although turns out that there can be other uses for this, especially if your a player that likes to level up.
