Seems very strange. The player is not ♥♥♥♥ing of course, bur rather invented a robot that would many times repeat the goblin picnic campaign level by using the archer queen to snipe the th. What if he donated 1 million troops before the profile update, super highly unlikely...

Did you check how many townhalls he has destroyed?
Just sniping TH's at a lower cup range (25k down in bronze, has been done before) can give you plenty xp.

I have also seen this. Probably has some kind of mod that allows him to gain xp quicker. Not going to accuse him because I don't know for sure but kinda weird that he only has a 111k FIN and yet is one of the highest lvled players in the game at lvl 265.
