You can either do Storage raids in Gold 1-3 or do quick Drill snipes in crystal. All depends on what you prefer.

Anywhere you can zap :)

I usually zap in Gold 3 or find inactive bases in Silver 2 to take from the drill. I've never had to chase down a single storage this way.
