Suggestion for new clan rules.

Some clan members like to req and run.. others love to run during war.
Some suggestion to deal with the problems
1. Members join and leave record
2. Online members symbol
3. Members were unable to leave during war

how about you set a donation amount b4 you allow ppl to request. Far as War Go dont recruit new members until war started
