the dragon rider+wall upgrade

my idea is a undead hog rider that riding a giant dark dragon that breath strong dark fire after the dragon will faint the undead hog rider will jump down and fight the player will be able to by him only on lvl 10 town hall or you will make a special one after lvl 10 for him and more staffs he will cost lot of dark Elixir and Elixir. i think that after so match time the player play if you will make a new town hall what i'm sure will happen the wall will be able to stop air troops yes i say you need to make a Walls with energy shield this is it thanks for reading

Defensive Structure Related:
*Ability to camouflage/purchase camouflage – (make AT appear as a barracks until within range)
*Ability to load current x-bow with elixir or dark elixir for extra bonus of some sort
*Stack def structures – ATs over walls, Teslas on top of barracks (truly hidden), etc.
*Upgrade to 2-story walls that hog riders/jump spell can’t penetrate (maybe limit #)
*Display both X-bow range circles at once for planning – different color on inactive one
*Modify clan castle – toggle defend/not defend (like heroes)
*Auto request CC troops in clan if you win a defense (shield didn’t activate, still attackable)

I know this is not exactly the same as the ruled out idea but the idea is the same so its probably ruled out too.
