TH5 onwards, yep, definitely. Loot returns are harder the higher you go so it makes sense to get what you can, when you can and upgrade.
Yep, that is my goal. Might as well enjoy each level while you're there. I rushed to TH8 and I'm just taking my time now. I have a second account where I am upgrading absolutely everything before the TH and I'm having a lot of fun with that one. It's fun to see the change. When you first upgrade, you get destroyed constantly and have to be better with attacks. And then as you get the upgrades done and are nearing the end of that TH level, you win a ton of trophies even while offline and attacking becomes too easy. I'm almost ready to move my second one to TH7, but have a few more AT and WT upgrades to do.
I do though now at TH8 i will not do all of my walls (because well walls are pretty much the same from 8-11)
I'll probably finish my skulls in th9.
No, my walls and heroes were not maxed when I went to TH 10.
TH6 - no
TH7 - almost
TH8 - yes
TH9 - plan to
I would recommend moving up to TH7 without maxing. You get 33% more troop space from the additional army camp as well as the ability to start saving DE for your BK. That means you can farm even faster. That is, unless your primary source of loot was picking on TH5 which I highly doubt. TH7 and TH8 were the best farming spots in my experience, although I'm a new TH9 and not having any trouble either.
Not really. I rushed to TH7, and maxed the defence there. I also got all my walls to level 6 before going to TH8. Before I moved onto TH9 my king was level 7, my walls were a mix of 7 and 8, but all the defences were maxed. Most of my troops at every level were done.
Don't see maxing everything as a must. I am getting more out of being TH9 then I would by sitting and grinding skull walls. :p
Not realy that necessary till you get to TH8 (imo) ....
I maxed th7, then wondered why I bothered as soon as I got those TH8 goodies and extra army camp spaces....
TH8 probably best to max as much as possible, as it is the sweet spot for loot....
