New clan looking for co-leader

I'm level 7 near max.. looking to form a new clan..
looking for co-leader, preferably TH9..
what makes this clan unique -
1. looking for member that have interest in sports, movies n tv shows..
2. hoping to get co-leader from asia, europe and US to cover all time zone so it will be 24hrs active..
3. war clan - always in war.. little to none break time between wars..

also, looking for normal members.. anyone that like the criteria above may join to make the clan more filled with different levels..
