Suggestion for clan title

Why don't you add in something a war manager to be able to start war only so that certain people would be able to do certain things if there is only 2/3 role like for example right now is co leader and elder then if we want to give certain people to like for example to be able to start war doesn't that means we have to promote them to be co leader as well?? And it does not have to be war manager or what ever it can be anything because most of players not all come to clans and requesting for like a title or something why not just add in something so that we might be able to give them a title for fun?
