Attacking strategies for th8

Th8 with lvl5 barbarians, lvl4 archers, lvl3 goblins, lvl4 giants, lvl 3 wallbreakers, lvl 3 balloons, lvl 3 wizards, lvl 2 healers, lvl 1 dragons, lvl 1 hogs and minions. Any strategies to get 3 stars from th8s and th9s? Please reply

For 3-starring good TH8 bases, you could do mass drags (all dragons) if air defenses are in bad positions

As for good TH9 bases, not with your army composition
You would need at least GO-WIPE (Golems, wizards, pekkas) to 3-star developed TH9 bases

Thanks Hesto25, but I am looking at a cheap army that costs below 50000 elixir. Any other suggestions?

Farm strat?

Barch

Cheap armies, such as Barch, can allow you to 3-star TH7 and below, but unless the TH8/9/10 you are attacking is a premmie, you won't be able to 3-star anything TH8 or higher.

Two star maybe, but definitely not 3-star.

I also have another problem that I cannot find th8s and below with 100000 loot and above! Although I can get 3 stars sometimes, I actually spend more elixir in training troops than the elixir I gain after I attack someone.

If you really want the loot, you're going to have start farming

Since you're currently trophy hunting right now, it may be hard to get used to farming, so there is another strategy
(It's much more difficult and time consuming, though)

You can head to a high league, say crystal I, and start sniping Town Halls like crazy, giving you a decent league bonus each time, but it may take many many next button pushes to find bases like these and they might even be trapped

In conclusion, just farm
It will be worth it in the long run, trust me

First of all, maybe a easier way would be not to rush? You have lvl 1 dragons, and lvl 3 troops? Rushing makes alot of things hard. If you hog a base the right way you could three star it. I reccomend lvl4 hogs. Or balloonion, that army is what i use to push. I recommend lvl5 balloons and lvl3 minions. Lvl5 balloons is a must.

You are basically attacking as a mid level TH7, you'd be lucky to 3 star a mid to maxed out th7. You wont be able to touch a th8 9 or 10.
This is why rushing can be a bad idea; I suggest hanging out in Silver 1 gold 3 for a long while and farm like crazy. There is no reason at all to trophy push past crystal 1 before th9.
