It really depends on the base
I like GoWiWi or GoWiWiPe, few others in my clan are great Hoggers. Interestingly we go after different targets, we look for completely different layouts.
Then you got your aerial attack strategies also
You need to study your target, and learn to spot and exploit their design weaknesses. There is no silver bullet.
IMO is 3 golems one to much and I like to bring 2-3 witches as well.
Don't forget HoLo :)
What about HoLoWiWi?
Totally depends on the target. If you want a for sure 2 star, GoWiPe works well enought. Why go for 2 when you can get 3? I think custom armies for the base you're attacking works the best.
