Max inferno towers to 3 asap, never let it fire until it is maxed! Try to max camps while doing lab upgrades... I had hard time with that so I used first lab upgrades on Dark elixir troops (minion, golem)
I don't agree with people who said XBOW to 4... it is for show only you should max everything before touching those. 5 dps for 8 mil 14 days? no thx

Apart from Inferno and X-Bow which are the obvious choices, you should upgrade your Lab right away (unless you still have old lab researches left over from TH9 that you need to do right away). The rest of the builders focus on army camps and Clan Castle. Why? It increases your troop capacity, hence stronger army composition. As a new TH10, you already lack highest level troops, the faster you increase your offensive capacity, the sooner you'd get back on your feet as a TH10 (first couple weeks are horrible for elixir farming. It seems you need elixir for everything and you can't pick on TH8 for decent loot any more).
So, if you have 5 builders
1. Inferno
2. X-Bow
3. Lab
4. Army Camp
5. CC
Hold on to spell factory until you have full 240 space, 35CC, and have some troops upgraded. As a new TH10, it's vital that you do have your spell factory. Wait until you're stronger before upgrading that. You don't want to lose spells while you're vulnerable. It's quite brutal really. Unless you farm with Barch and hardly need any lightning spell, then you're well off. Still doesn't hurt to wait a bit though. I hope this helps.
EDIT: You can also build 2 infernos from the get go if you can muster gold fast enough. Don't upgrade them at the same time, though. Don't upgrade more than 1 X-Bow and 1 Inferno at the same time.

I always start with upgrading my builders hut soo i can build more builders huts.

Infernos, Lab, and Spell Factory will be my first few. Then I'll start working on the rest of the new defenses with gold and likely get Golem to 5, PEKKA to 4, and maybe Wizards to 6 as my first few lab upgrades.
