Please help me G-WiPe or GWiWi anyone!

Hey all-
Can someone please advise me on my multiple failed G Wi attempts. I say G because I have tried bothy lvl 6 giants and lvl 1 golems.

I mainly need to use this strategy for clan wars to defeat higher experience level opponents.

I have 220 troops capacity, townhall 10. Lvl 5 wall breakers and wizards, Lvl 1 golems and witches and pekka. 5 spells with freeze as of yesterday. I am currently saving for lvl 6 wizards.

I can get my pekka to go to center about half the time now but they don't last long enough to do anything. My golems seem to do less damage and take less hits than the equivalent spaces of lvl 6 giants, but neither seems to last long enough for the wizards to do much and then my pekka and heroes are all alone and get crushed. I did find sending 3 wall breakers at a time with occupied defenses helps to open or up on somewhat square bases but I also have trouble with that as they seem to go everywhere but center. Rage spell seems to make them go where I want for some reason.

Oh yeah - go Wiwi works slightly better for me sometimes

What level are your hero's, They are an important part of both WiWi and Wipe

What level / standard of base are you attacking?

Basically sounds like you need to level up your troops

Forget GoWiPe with level 1 pekkas, you really you need level 3 minimum

GoWiWi benefits from level 2 witches obviously

Both benefit from higher Golums, how many golums are you using, can you get a higher level clan golum or pekka?

Level 6 Giants are venerable to splash damage and spring traps, not really a clan war troop

If you are attacking TH10's with those troops I can see why you are struggling. Basic advice would be to get your troops upgraded and attack lower th10's or th9's.

You need those golems and pekkas upgraded asap ....... Gowipe is quite effective from TH8 upwards, if you have lvl2 golem and lvl3 pekka......(in my experience) That way, you should have enough firepower left when you get to the core, and drop that rage spell .........

Personaly I don't often use witches unless I'm up against a TH10 with single target inferno's .........

Thanks guys, well that would explain the difficulty I have been having! I only have level 6 barb king and lvl 7 queen( under construction) I am attacking mostly black wall double inferno th10s as i use lvl 5 hogs and a few l3 dragons for everything below. There is a clan mate with l5 pekka. I usually train 2 golem which my dark elixir reserves feel as I have 2 level 4 drills and one level 3. Maybe I better look more into dragoon for these bases? I have lvl 6 baloons and a clan mate has lvl 4 dragons for my castle.
