hopper and what should happen to them
i hate hopper and i feel there should be a system in place to stop this or people who want to be in a war and never atk or just leave. i feel like their profile should be label as a hopper so people are aware of them. you guy should make it that if you join a clan you must donate like 100 troop before you are able to request and if you leave a clan during a war you shouldnt be able to be in a war for a week. maybe this will stop ppl from hopping
in fact, there is a system in place ...
Clan leaders can enforce this as they choose.
As there are specifically join-req-leave clans, I'm sure that not everyone holds your sentiments. Run your clan as you deem fit. If someone rushes into my clan and makes a request, the best they can hope for is archers and barbarians. Demands for dragons, dark elixir troops or things that they are unable to donate to other clan members are ignored, and sometimes these players are just immediately kicked out.
If you are a leader or a co-leader, take a look at the player's "Friend in Need" achievement. It paints a pretty lucid picture when you compare it to the player's level and TH level.
War profiling - times left war without attacking
Agree to a certain extent that it would be good to have more profile details including how many times people leave mid war without attacking, but this would equally be solved by a stat on how many attacks per war players do. If the number is low then you know they are more likely to ditch a clan mid war.
You can already use your clan description to set a minimum number of donations before they are able to request although this wont stop players hopping.
Best of luck
They are irritating aren't they?
To those who say that 1 member shouldn't change the course of a war, I say that you haven't been in a close matchup ever before. When you face a strong war clan, every attack counts. People who join us and immediately request get immediately kicked. The issue of people bailing in war is frustrating, and often we have new members sit out a war or two just to make sure that they will stay loyal. I think that there should be some sort of punishment for war-hopping, but I would rather see more new troops, upgrades, and other important fixes first. There is a band-aid fix, and if you can't make it work, then don't lead a clan.
