More Elder levels or co Leader that can stop elders from kicking

Hi Supercell,

i would like to say i really like this game and i just think the Elder system should be better.

It take a lot of effort to get active players in Clan. However, you only need one person to destroy it.

see image below. This guy decided he is not going to play this game any more and therefor want everyone else to stop playing too so he kicked everyone...

there must be a limit for an elder to kick players...

there is no way for me to invite all these members back... its just very sad how one player can just kill the enjoyment of everyone else...

please see if you can do something about the Elder authority its just not right.

this is a great idea.
we actually had the same thing happen in our clan. 1 thing i think would help, would be the option to have multiple leaders. In our clan we have 4 leaders and only 1 has the power to do anything. when the elder started kicking people, a couple of us leaders saw what was going on, but were unable to do anything about it. if all 4 of us had the same authority, we could have kicked him before he got too far. our leaders are from different parts of the world, so our clan can be attended to 24 hrs.

another idea,

have a chat or message system available for elders and leaders only. as of right now we communicate via email. this is how all decisions for the clan are made. such as promotions, and players to kick.

I Heard that Supercell has already said that this wont happen but it sounds like a great idea Supercell should Re-Consider:o

It won't happen because it doesn't solve the problem.

You made the guy an elder, he kicked everybody.

You want to make guys super elders that can stop elders from kicking everybody, but whose gonna stop the super elder when he decides to kick everybody then? You're still picking who does what, and as history has proven, you're capable of picking the wrong people.

It's an endless cycle.

At the end of the day, the only solution is this: don't make somebody an elder until you know them very well, and know they're not the emotional type. If somebody is constantly getting angry, sad, or just overly-emotional in general.. Don't give them the ability to kick people.

Honestly, being an elder doesn't do much except gives you the ability to kick and usually shows loyalty. It would be easier to just make it so elders cannot kick, because there is no real reason for them to be able to kick - that job is for the leader.

Allowing Elders just to randomly kick anyone including other elders is stupid and can easily destroy a clan.
Implement features that other MMO's have.

Leader sets the rules for the clan,

Options can then be set so specific ranks can invite or kick. so maybe all elders can invite but only leader/coleaders can kick.

This is a basic system of most legion/guild/clan based games.

If you don't want people to exercise the permissions granted by being elder, don't promote them. If they demand to be promoted, and threaten to leave; kick them.
