Joining a clan, asking for a dragon, pekka, 5 level 5 or 6 troops and then bailing the clan is totally lame

If you give pekkas to new people who just joined, you deserve to lose em.
There's only hundreds of thousands of clans, I doubt you'll get the word spread out enough to stop them from doing what they want.
Sorry, if this is a regular topic that comes up too often, I wasn't aware and I'm sorry. Being that you've made over 3,000 clash of clans forum posts in 6 months, your clash of clans forum Jedi Master skills could have been more resourceful and kind, like, pointed me in the right place to post this message. Thanks though and a pre-congrats when you make it to 10k messages around Christmas time :)
Thanks chrisnastybro, I suppose you're right. A list of offenders would be nice tho, for those of us trying to build up our clan, and also noobs who are trying to do the same.

There is no right place to post this. Player names are not unique. You can't shame them. Instead take measures to ensure they can't do this. Interview new clan members. Look at their bases. Don't give out dragons to people who request the moment they join, etc, etc.
That'd be a pretty large list, considering clan leaders would be putting people on it for all sorts of things.
"Didn't say thank you to people personally, don't allow in your clan."
"Didn't say please, don't allow in your clan."
"Didn't immediately donate back to me when I donated to him, don't allow in your clan."
"Often goes inactive, don't allow in your clan."
"Doesn't trophy push when supposed to trophy push, don't allow in your clan."
"Uses bad language, don't allow in your clan."
"Doesn't donate once he hits the minimum, don't allow in your clan."
"Joined and left, don't allow in your clan."
"Takes more troops then gives, don't allow in your clan."
"Doesn't donate troops people request, don't allow in clan."
"Donates goblins, don't allow in clan."
etc.
Just assume 80% of the people you meet would be put on this list by somebody.
I would never give a new person pekkas, wins, drags or level 5 troops unless their honourary members
