A very poor decision IMO. High level defenses with low walls is a liability to clan in wars as opposed to the opposite end of someone who has lower defenses but maxed walls since your maxed defenses contribute to harder match ups but you walls aren't their to help prevent the 2-3 stars.

Exactly right.

Your base is an easy 3* to any th9 that knows how to attack in wars. Max defenses are good and all, but they're not going to stop a gowiwi/gowipe 3* from a solid attacker if your walls are at least all Legos.
