#1 is probably the absolute worst of them all. Now people can design their villages where defenses most likely to have lightning dropped on them by resource buildings. So what happens to the resources in the peripheral damage now? This makes the lightning spell 100% USELESS.
#2 is almost as horrible. So how does that work now if I use a proper raid and breach the core but only manage to get half of it? Or is that only activated when lightning is dropped. What happens if peripheral damage of lightning hits the storage? Does this mean now I have to get 75% to get the resources? See #1 for how smart players could manipulate this to their advantage. This also makes the lightning spell 100% USELESS.
#3 just straight up makes lightning 100% useless. You want this added? Then you need to add counters to all other spells. Then of course you are now making ALL spells useless.
And yeah, even for an itty bitty TH8 like myself, 1K is miniscule compared to the 2K I'd lose with a TH9 wrecking me. Far more preferable and I prefer when zappers hit me. It's win-win. I lose a small amount as opposed to a large amount, I get a shield when they take my TH, and the attacker gets the small bit of DE he was going for. A higher TH9 should be able to make up more than that in just one raid... unless of course doing that is too difficult for you.
