Ballooning advices welcomed

Ok! so now that i'm well sitted in th9 (all def to max th8 and somes ongoing) and main troops upgraded for farming (barb, giants, balloon, minions, [golem going to lvl3])

i'd like to farm in the upper league with my brand new max lvl ballonions.

I'm currently using 20/60 (sometimes 22/55 when someones request and i give minions and balloos are queued up)

so i was wondering what to look for? what is the minimum i should go for a raid? (with the lack of ressources i feel like upper league doesn't have much to give me) Also what to look for when raiding? lurable cc, AD level, wiz tower lvl and placements...

I'd like to get elixir along the way (found that balloonion is 90k + spell can go to 180k) and gi-barch is around 70-80k depending on how much giants and wb i use...

as of right now, I'm feeling that even if my army is max, i need all 4 spell if i want to take another th9 with max defense or otherwise, i'll not even get 50%

so that makes me look for a 350/350 base and hope to get 50% + league bonus to make it Worth it.

during my farming times, should i keep my th outside my base or in? since the cooking is long and i'm disconnecting

a lot of aspect to cover and i'd like your helps guys to clear things out and maybe helps some other user that would like to start farming with that strategy.
