village layout suggestions for clan mates

Hi supercell

My dad got me into playing this game, however I have noticed that he has no idea on how to lay out his village, and it proves to be great effort to explain to him what a better way would be. I think it would be great if i could visit his page, and have an option to move his buildings around and send him my thoughts as a suggestion, so that he (or my other clanmates) can see the improvements or ideas that we have for one another and have the option to either deny or accept the suggestion.
