How to sweep up any base as a TH8
Troops
3 Giants
7 Wallbreakers
3 Healers
8 Valkyries
16 Wizards
CC w/ 5 Giants
2 Rage
1 Heal

Step 1
Place the barb to lure a CC. (if cc comes out kill with wiz)
Step 2
Send in all giants followed by a few WB's if necessary, near an outer air defense (This is where you use your heal if you need to)
Step 3
Spread out your 16 wiz in a line as if you were using GoWiPe
Step 4
Send in Valkyrie in 2 separate groups of 4
Step 5
By now the Air Defense should be gone and you should send in 2 healers on the main group of troops and save the third for later if need it.
Spell usage
If not already used earlier, the heal spell should be placed when all troops are grouped within the spell radius.
The 2 rage spells can be used when a group of troops is about to attack a wall, lead the troops so they get full effect of the spell.

How to find a base
I was looking around 1700-1750 trophies and getting consistent 3 stars on all bases with more than 600k loot
The raid doesn't take much skill using and can 3 star nearly all bases up to near max TH9's
