Why when your boat arrives are some of the items needed different? Is this a glitch/bug? It says you need let's say rice and when it arrives you need milk instead?!?! Really annoying!!

I think it is a bug.
I've heard others complain about it, and it happened to me once. I stocked up on chocolate popcorn because that's what it said was coming. Up until the boat slid up to the dock, and it changed to potato breads.
Kind of along the boat changing topic, has anyone else noticed if they flag a boat, leave the game, come back in a few minutes the flags are gone? I have been having this happen for three months now. I have written sc about it on several occasions only to be told:
"I'm really sorry that you are still facing the same issue with the help sign. But at the moment we are not aware of such problem in the game. Let me forward your report to the team, so that they can investigate and make sure that everything is ok in the game."
Since I have written several times I dont see how they arent "aware" of the problem. Just curious if anyone else has had this flag issue.
As for changing crate orders it has only happened once before to me.
Yes! I had that happen to me once a couple months ago. This is not the first time I have seen someone say Support was unsure of the issue when clearly there have been tickets sent in addressing the exact bug. It's quite odd and make me wonder if it's due to turnaround and/or communication issues.Quote:

I've also had the flag issue, but mine goes a little farther. When a neighbour has flagged a few crates, I fill one and go to get items to fill another one and suddenly they aren't flagged anymore. I thought maybe I was playing overtired and my imagination was running amuk, but it's happened quite a few times. Other times, before I get to fill the marked crate, the boat takes off down the river and loops back to the dock. I haven't bothered sending in a ticket about it, I figured they were still working out the bugs from the last update and it would get sorted out on short order. On that note, I don't believe I've had any problems as of late.

The tricky part is it does not happen to everyone and it is pretty random, so it's hard to spot its cause and solve it once for all. Please keep reporting to Support (or/and even make a thread in Bug section to provide info on the circumstances and what you were doing, your device model...). Hopefully it could encourage more people with similar problem to voice their case as well and help the team to identify a pattern.
I had forgotten about the boat coming back. I kept seeing a neighbors flag up, but everytime i went to check the boat was just pulling away. I thought she was calling boats back to back. I asked her in chat, she said she had no boat it was filled and gone. It looked liked the boat was going back and forth in front of the dock, like parallel parking. Lol.Quote:

I have 12 neighbors now who are perpetually flagged as needing help and who, when i visit their farms, nothing is flagged. It is the same neighirs who help me a lot, so I am always checking their farms.Quote:

I haven't seen this happen on my farm and my neighbors haven't mentioned it, either. Glad I found this thread. I'll be sure to bring it to them as we all pay attention to what's next and start producing items for each other. It'd be one heck of a waste of ingredients and time to have the items all be for nothing. YIKES!
