Level 6 archers or Giants first?

I just got my level 7 laboratory and I was wondering if I should upgrade my archers or Giants to level 6 first? I use barch for regular multiplayer but I use 15 giants during wars

I would say archers.

Cause you would be barching more to get resources all the time. And only in the two CW attacks will you be using Giants.

However, if CW is more important and you feel that you can get an extra star with your upgraded giants, still do archers, cause archers = more loot :rolleyes: with barch.

Archers because u use them for almost every raid...they are the best troop in the game (IMO)

For me, I prefer to upgrade my farming army than my cw army. You only attack twice in cw but farming is indefinite. But I am a hardcore farmer and our leader is not that strict in getting more stars in cw.

That is just my play style.

I am facing the same problem; I am a new TH 9 too. I would say go for archers first, as they'e the most useful, but keep in mind that giants get a humongous boost in health at level 6, so you might want to do them second. Also, if you are in a war clan, you should get level 6 balloons after archers and giants, as they too, are beasts at level 6. Then you could possibly do your barbarians or your heal spell, then goblins, then healers.

If you use giants for farming, I would suggest you upgrade giants first. Lvl 6 giants make it a lot easier to get deep into the enemy's base.

The only good reason to upgrade archers to lvl 6 is to prevent getting OHKO by lvl 6 wiz towers.

I barch a lot too. Level 6 barbs and archers are very effective. I can barch in crystal 3 with no problems. I do this because the loot bonus is pretty good that pays for most of the troop cost. I may not get big wins unless I find an untended base but I make it up in frequency of attacks. I still don't have level 6 giants. I decided to upgrade barbs, archers and hog riders first. I like to do a variation of BAM where I attack with 80 barbs, 80 archers and 12 hog riders.
The build time is 15 minutes similar to the BAM attack.

I agree about the balloon, they are beast in terms of de farming. I upgraded my barch first then do my loonion upgrade. i already maxed the level of those two farming combos here at th9. Did my spells after then right now upgrading my golems nonstop til lvl4. Giant and healer are not included in my current timeline. by the way, I just realized that goblin have no upgrade in th9. Level 6 goblin is only available at th10.

It really depends. Whichever you think will benefit your play-style more is the way to go ;)

Go with what you use most. Giants are the biggest gain troop at 6 and super tanky. But L6 barch is sweet.

id say archers bcoz ure always farming but attack only twice in wars..............
