Our clan has just started and I have plans for it to grow. The requirements are 800+ trophies and you must be active. If you are active you will get elder after donating 200 troops, or have been in the clan for over 4 months and been actively helping in wars. Our clan will not start looking for wars until we have 15 users that have quality bases to help us.
