This is how my clan works.

People who can get 6 stars get promoted, people who have stayed loyal and basicly makes the clan never gets a rank, thats why in my head the definition of an elder fits a loyal member and a warlord a war preformer.

This idea is cool, but it is kinda pointless if it has the same abilties as an elder. Warlords should have the ability to start war, which would be special since elders can't do that, only leaders. They should also have the ability to remove troops from other people's clan castle, just in case they have better troops to give them. Anyone else agree?
