Just to set the record straight, moderators have no more power to get anyone banned in-game than any other player. It's in-game reports by players that gives Support a heads up about the behavior and gets people banned. A moderator being part of the clan was just a coincidence as it would be hoped sensible people will realize. With that falsehood, hopefully, cleared up the topic is what to do about in-game abuses. Take snapshots as you are able and submit them to Support through the in-game Help/Support/Feedback method, just as others here have advised. It may or may not take some time for Support to reach that ticket as they are taken each in turn as they arrive and the queue may be quite long or priority emergencies redirect some Support personnel for a bit. Please also remember that what's being posted must actually break the rules of in-game conduct per the TOS, so even though it's a long read, it's worth the time you take to do so. Not liking what's being said and it actually being a violation of the TOS are not always the same thing, so you want to be sure you're reporting appropriately.
