With that falsehood, hopefully, cleared up the topic is what to do about in-game abuses. Take snapshots as you are able and submit them to Support through the in-game Help/Support/Feedback method, just as others here have advised. It may or may not take some time for Support to reach that ticket as they are taken each in turn as they arrive and the queue may be quite long or priority emergencies redirect some Support personnel for a bit.
Please also remember that what's being posted must actually break the rules of in-game conduct per the TOS, so even though it's a long read, it's worth the time you take to do so. Not liking what's being said and it actually being a violation of the TOS are not always the same thing, so you want to be sure you're reporting appropriately.

Why can't people just have friendly competitive wars where the clans treat each other with respect? My clan just had an insane war against Ericeira viking, a Portuguese war clan with 75(now 76) clan war victories. In the intense 15v15 war, the final score was 34-33, and both clans had "good game [other clan]" in their descriptions, since it was an insane war.
Your feelings got hurt cause of some little words .
It's normal.
Fought a clan who claimed they had 71-0 wins with rushed bases.
Smashed them 89/90 when they called us a special needs clan.(2 starr-ed a TH10. we were mainly TH9s).
They still left their clan description as 71-0. Many players left that clan later on.
It's normal for many players to be immature
