So you'd rather have mod's who just look out for their own clan and do what ever it takes to win including ghost? I mean i can see why people ghost. There are so many top clans that do it, but dont be a mod at the same time.

Supercell will not do anything until they notice it five months after you send a support ticket.

There simply isn't enough attention that will make SC create a better solution than Support Tickets. I seen a lot of racist clans out there, most people don't bother making a support ticket due to the sheer amount and SC doesn't know because of that.

That isn't true at all. There is an in-game report system, use that. Forum mods can't do anything in game, they can just inform staff.

We talk trash in our description ALL the time and we say A LOT worse things than that. I saw where someone had a one day ban for trash talking the other day so we will have to calm it down a little, but its all in good fun.

I have personally reported "in game" an individual that was harassing our clan, requesting to join us with extremely offensive messages repeatedly. This was taken care of within a matter of days. It seems to me that SC takes these things rather seriously.

It really will depend on the content of what they are saying. If they are just talking some smack? Sweet, jump on board and talk back. Kinda fun, especially if you can win. If it is truly derogatory and offensive (racist, swearing, etc..) then screen shot and report it in game.
