I have upgraded 2 wiz towers 11 walls dark elixir storage and my last mortar since this was taken I have most troops maxed except for pekka drags and dark elixir troops. When do I upgrade!!

I have upgraded 2 wiz towers 11 walls dark elixir storage and my last mortar since this was taken I have most troops maxed except for pekka drags and dark elixir troops. When do I upgrade!!
I would recommend maxing everything except walls, and upgrading walls to at least level 7.
On the topic of your base,
Pros:
- Basics
Cons:
- Hybrid bases aren't known for working well, choose resources or trophies
- Elixir storages exposed
- Outer gold storages can be picked off with farming armies
- Wasted giant bomb at the bottom
- Clan castle not completely centralized and can be lured
