I'm having some trouble getting to Champions league. I'm at TH 10, maxed xbows, inferno towers, wiz towers, and walls level 8/9. Not all my defense troops are maxed, but they're good enough. I'm currently at 2870 trophies now, so I still got ways to go. And I feel like I'm already hitting a wall. I feel like at this point, my defense cannot handle the strong troops (gowiwi, gowipe, balloonions/lava hounds, etc.) Any of you guys have advice for me to get to champs?
ofc going to champ league by relying on defense will take longgg time. even a max base can be 2*. so 1* u not that difficult i think.
work on offence bud. patience is d key.
u will hit d wall, but not at 28xx. wait till u get 31xx. u need patient,a lot for first time to break it.

Leave your th outside and don't break your shield unless your gonna play for a couple of hours �� Its all about offense.
Getting to champs is more offensively oriented imo... You need to find a strategy you are very secure in and play a decent amount of time preferably on boost;) anytime you would like to learn all archers you could stop by my clan and i would give you a quick "how to" ... Good luck in your attempt to champs;)
You have to play a few hours, and you have to boost your spell factory/barracks. You should 2** the bases. You dont get to champ without attacking bro
Thanks for the feedback yall. What kind of army composition are people use to get to Champs besides gowiwi?
I use loonion. 30 loons 45 minions. Full cc of loons. 4 rage 1 lightning.
I i find I hit the wall at 3100-3200. I put my th out, I lose less resource and less cups ;)

I used 24-60 for my balloonion comp, just going for 1-stars and constantly queueing rages. With a 1-star army, you'll probably want to do a couple 2-hour boosted sessions, but if you're really patient you could try to get up while logging off between attacks.Quote:

My th10 village is practically maxxed aside from a few air seeking mines and the last mortar.
all walls level 9 lego and heroes were both lvl 15.
I got to champion from gold 2 in four days!! I still can't quite believe I managed this either.
I took advantage of the 1 gem spell boost over halloween so used 2/3 rage spells per raid rather than 1 and used my usual troop combo - x2 lvl 4 healers, x30 lvl 7 barbs, x25 lvl 6 goblins, x8 lvl 8 giants and x8 lvl 6 wall breakers. plus heroes and clan castle. I usually take the rest archers but misused off 24 in favour or x2 lvl 2 witches.
I raided hard over a weekend and got all the way to master 1 by the Monday using the above farming troops (I think war raiding has really improved my raiding / confidence).
Then, when I hit a wall I stuck my dark elixir storage just inside outer layer of wall and won 200 trophies in a day from defences (had to boost heroes).
Only problem is when I got to champion I didn't get the badge at first lol.
I find just when online playing need to win enough to to counter ur loss on defence do that every day and u make it!
