Supercell should make lvl 4 Pekkas and lvl 4 drags available at th9 and then they should make lvl 5 drags and valks both available at th10. That would make attacking much more fun!

Level 4 drags and pekkas aren't needed at that level unless you are trashing Th10s, which is why it should be left for Th10, so that they can smash each other/Quote:

Lol so what im getting from this is that since level 4 drags can't trash Th9s, then TH9s can have em for taking on Th8s? Also Th10s could have any number of reasons for attacking a Th9, revenge, zapping, war attacks, trophy pushing, looting, the list goes on and onQuote:
