Chat with the enemy clan during war

This could lead to bullying. This isn't even necessary.

This would lead to banning too as co/leaders have been banned before for trash talking excessively with clan descriptions

I'm not sure what you're trying to say but be respectful on the forums and you can't just tell people not to trash talk. They will find loopholes and make the other clan not want to war.

But the thing is you can't just tell people not to. They still will. It won't happen.

It's not about whether you or I trash talk. It's about the behavior of clashers in general, some of which will aggregate other clans for fun, get reported, banned, and cause customer service to further slow down as a while entire clans send ban requests/unban request tickets

A lot of clans would be too competitive and could discourage their opponents.
