Supercell please give us a heads up!

I have been following the forums daily for over a year. I rarely post because when you do it just invites hate comments. Therefore I understand why Supercell staff quit posting to the forums. However, sometimes it is important for the powers to just let us know you are on the issue and everything will be ok! There are people who have spent lots of money on their base. Some of those people created mini accounts so they would have something to do while troops were training in the main. Some of those people have also spent money on their minis. Now they are locked out of one or the other. It seems to me like it is a tech issue that will be easy to fix but we would sure like some reassurance from you if that is the case. The TOS argument is bogus because all of the mods and famous youtubers have multiple accounts so clearly that provision is not enforced. Just please communicate with us and let us know what is going on and what we can expect going forward. Lots of people are locked out if their accounts and that is very hard for them. Please respond. Thank you

edit: yes it does seem a bit strange that no one had made an announcement or anything. I'm assuming moderators etc have been told not to say anything until they are informed of what is happening. Maybe the community managers is asleep too ��

as I was reading this it dawned on me thst every one of these threads/post have one thing in common.... Players can access their Mini but can't switch to their main account..... What are the odds that every one would be stuck on their Mini? No one is stuck on their main account? Hmmmmmmmmm.....call me crazy but that seems fishy to me...... Looks like SC has a new way to get players to buy gems to get their mini up to where the old main account was...

Actually a friend of mine has his main on his ipad and mini on his phone.

That seems to be the only way...... Maybe some are stuck on their main and just hasn't complained..... I don't know, but hopefully he will not try to switch them while this issue is out there...

If they thought they could fix it they would have said something. The idiots royally screwed up and they have no idea how to fix it. They are going to have to give everyone who lost a base a link code which from the looks of it will take years, rofl.

this is so damn bad,im in war with my 2 bases(to those saying i violate the TOS,one one of them came from my ipad and one from iphone)

but im still the lucky one cos when one of my clanmate told he was in the trouble,i logged out of the mini and came to my main to check :D so now im at least stuck in my main
really need the bug to be fixed tho :( need to attack be4 the war ends :(

if u guys have a backup of the iphone of when u guys was using the main bases,restore the iphone to it
its the only way to switch base atm

and if after then u guys want to switch to the mini,make sure u have another backup be4 u restore for the main :)

I bought a new iPhone 6 Plus and cannot get my account on there, it is stuck on a newly created village. At the same time, my iPad 1 was being used for both my daughter's and my accounts, and it is stuck on my daughter's account, so I have completely lost access to my account.

This sounds like a server issue. There has been no update that I am aware of, either to iOS or CoC. I don't know whether it is Supercell's or Apple's server with the screwup.

I usually have my main on my iPad mini as it has cellular but my wife's account on my iPad 2 wifi only. Now they are stuck on the wrong iPads. Which may seem a small prob to some, but if I am pushing an account I play that account on my iPad mini as I can take that everywhere with me.
