I have great interest in base designs (I already have TH8 layout ready and waiting) and I regularly mess around with CoC builder and Excel charts to create simulations and plan ahead. I haven't bought a single gem and I only spend them on builders. Currently saving up for 4th builder, which I should get within a month (and he will never sleep, like the rest of his pals).
What else can I say so you can accept me? Many people say I'm a nice guy, and I think you won't regret it if you give me a chance. That should count as well, eh? :)
