DE rewards from league bonus

Now, I am not complaining about lack of DE. But, I understand the otherwise large burden of collecting DE at TH7 and (probably) TH8. So, what about adding a DE reward as league bonus starting from TH7? It would like start at any league lower than Crystal. And it could start from 2DE from Bronze III and progressively increasing (by 3DE starting Bronze III to I, 5 from Silver III to I, and 8 from Gold III to I) (open for adjustments). This *might* decrease complaints of DE zapping scenarios also.
